Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners with special needs?
We are looking to appoint a caring 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant with energy and enthusiasm, and experience of supporting students with interaction and communication needs. This role is to support a named child to enable the student to achieve their full learning potential and facilitate their personal, academic and social development as they start their school journey in reception.
The successful candidate will be committed to the highest possible levels of achievement for every pupil. Working one to one with students and small groups under teacher guidance, they will have a positive, therapeutic approach, coupled with good behaviour management. They will need to show initiative and have a good understanding of the Early Years Curriculum. Your ability to form positive relationships will be crucial in creating a supportive learning environment.
