Admin Assistant and Welfare Assistant

Job Introduction

The governors of St Anne’s Catholic School seek to appoint an enthusiastic and effective admin assistant/welfare assistant. An option to undertake lunch duties as additional income is available.

Specifics for this role

The successful candidate will administer daily cover and so an early start is required. Ideal applicants will be skilled in all Microsoft packages, be able to work quickly and accurately, whilst ensuring confidentiality and compliance to GDPR. You will be an essential member of the admin team and contribute towards the smooth running of the school. Being able to prioritise your work will be essential. You will be required to do welfare (first aid – training will be given) and also on occasions cover reception.
