Job Introduction
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Finance Officer to join our team and help make a real difference to our pupils.
This is a varied role combining strong financial management with people leadership. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure our resources are used wisely, our systems run smoothly and our pupils remain at the heart of every decision.
You will:
- Lead and support our office team, creating a positive, efficient and welcoming environment.
- Oversee day-to-day finance, budgets, reporting and financial controls.
- Coordinate and support our wraparound care and minibus driving teams, helping ensure safe, smooth and reliable services for pupils and families.
- Work with leaders to make informed decisions and get the very best from our resources.
- Bring energy, organisation and a can-do attitude to everything you do.
You’ll bring financial expertise, excellent people skills, a collaborative leadership style and a genuine commitment to helping pupils thrive.
