Administrative Assistant

Support staff Grade C 

19.5 hours per week

Full Time Equivalent Salary Range:  £24,405 to £25,430 per annum

Depending on experience

Actual annual salary range: £11,002 to £11,464 per annum 

Term time only

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our busy administrative team.  We are flexible about when the 19.5 hours are worked.  We are a friendly, hardworking team and require someone term time only hours are flexible 

The successful candidate must have excellent ICT, communication and organisational skills. The ability to be flexible and adaptable is essential and have a friendly manner with a good sense of humour.

Duties to include a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the school office and provide cover for reception.  Knowledge of SIMS or SAP would be an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications required:  GCSE Mathematics and English (or equivalent) Grade 4 [C] or above.
