The role will involve working in the school office as the initial point of contact for parents, visitors and 
other stakeholders so will be an ambassador for the school
.

Some of the key responsibilities for this role will be to: 

-  Provide administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team
-  Manage the school office and the administrative assistant
-  Clerk for the  School Academy Council
-  Lead on the Health and Safety Admin
-  Be the data protection lead at the school
-  Lead on maintaining and updating of Arbor
-  Support the Educational Visits Co-ordinator with all trips

The successful applicant will: 

  • Be committed to the children and always put them first
  • Have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and within a team
  • Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office , and knowledge in the Arbor MIS system would be 
    advantageous  (training can be provided)
  • Have first aid training (or willingness to complete it)
  • Have risk assessor training (or a willingness to complete it)
  • Feel an affinity with our vision and values
  • Have GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) including English and Maths
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills
  • Actively participate in regular training and development
  • Exhibit their commitment to maintaining a robust culture of safeguarding
  • Maintain confidentiality and an understanding of data protection
