Salary Details: Grade B

Salary:  £5698 - £5774 Actual (£24027-£24348 FTE) Term time plus 1 week

Hours of Work:  10 hours per week, 8:30 – 10:30 Monday to Friday

Contract type: Permanent

 

 

Job/Person Summary

The Federation of Netley Abbey Infants and Junior Schools are looking to appoint a highly effective and flexible Admin Assistant to join our infant school office team.  We are seeking a hands-on, motivated individual to fulfil this key role within the school. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence and willingness to work with the whole school community, becoming fully involved in all aspects of school life. You will be skilled in managing a wide range of tasks and have the administrative background necessary to support the Administrative Officer and other members of the administrative team.

  • ideally has experience of working in a school or busy office

  • is proficient in their use of office programs and management information systems
  • has a First Aid qualification, or is willing to undertake training
