The Wavell School is seeking to appoint an ambitious, forward-thinking and inspirational senior leader to join our thriving Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Headteacher for Behaviour and Culture.

This position has become available at an exciting moment for the school as we move into the next phase of our strategic development. We are using this opportunity to strengthen our leadership capacity even further, ensuring that our students continue to benefit from exceptional pastoral care, a strong culture of respect, and consistently high expectations.   We are now seeking a leader who can help shape the next stage of our journey.

  • Driving standards of behaviour, promoting positive ethos and culture
  • Leading high quality pastoral care
  • Implementing and monitoring attendance

 

We are looking to appoint a dynamic leader who:
