Attendance & Admissions Officer

Job Introduction

37 hours per week – term time + 1 week (40 Weeks).  

(8am – 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 3.30pm Friday – 30 minutes lunch break)

Salary: - HCC Grade D FTE £27,780 - £30,564, Actual £24,371.64 - £26,814


We are currently looking to appoint an Attendance and Admissions Officer to join our Pastoral team as soon as possible.


Interviews will be taking place on Thursday 26 March 2026 and invites to attend an interview will be sent to shortlisted candidates on Monday 23 March 2026. 


The successful candidate will join a hard-working and successful pastoral team and will work to continue to raise attendance and punctuality across the College, produce attendance data for the Senior Leadership team and the pastoral team and prepare legal paperwork as necessary for Court proceedings and attend Court when necessary. They will also be responsible for the smooth and efficient preparation and enrolment of the College’s new year 7 intake and in-year Admissions.
