• Opportunities to develop skills and knowledge by working with a range of complex SEND needs

• Opportunities for days in lieu for running extra-curricular clubs

• A culture where you will be grown and developed

We are looking for someone who is:

• Ideally experienced in learning support

• Interested in working with pupils with SEMH needs and pupils with ASC needs

• Highly inclusive and able to work within the ethos of ‘every day is a fresh start’ and to not bear a grudge

• Flexible and adaptable

• Able to use their initiative

• Capable of dealing with challenging situations

• Able to work effectively with staff across the schools

• Able to build a good rapport with children across the Primary phase from Nursery – Year 6

Opportunities will be offered for further professional development as part of the school’s commitment to continuing professional development.
