Brilliant Teacher

Job Introduction

At The Manor Field Schools Federation, the children are at the very heart of everything we do, we have a strong, supportive staff and are looking to expand our team to further support children with their learning. Across our federation we offer a primary experience for children with the added bonus of having two schools designed to meet the needs of children at different stages of development. This opens up further opportunities for professional development as our staff work together as part of our ‘Two Schools, One Community’ team.

Why not come and see what we have to offer you and talk to us about what you can bring to our team!

This post is suitable for an ECT.

We would like to appoint someone who:

  • is passionate about children’s learning and has high expectations of learning and behaviour;
  • works collaboratively within a team and across the school;
  • shows enthusiasm, drive and commitment;
  • is ambitious, organised and has aspirations to progress in their career;
  • is creative, forward thinking and flexible in order to deliver the best for all children;
  • is positive, cheerful and hardworking whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

We can offer you:

  • a friendly, supportive and professional team of staff;
  • a chance to make a difference to the children in our care;
  • excellent mentoring and professional development;
  • a well-resourced, bright and engaging learning environment with excellent outdoor facilities.

If you will be an ECT, we will support your induction with an experienced mentor and access to a full training and support package.

This role is initially fixed term for a year due as maternity cover and is likely to be based in our junior school, however we do have some flexibility for the right candidate.

If you are a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated teacher who enjoys working as part of a team, please contact us for further information or book a visit to come and see our fantastic schools. Please contact the federation Business Manager, Gemma Coe, to arrange a visit or receive an application pack on g.coe@themfs.co.uk.

Early applications are recommended as suitable applicants will be interviewed as they apply.
