Contract/Hours: Part time, full year (52 weeks); between 20 and 25 hours per week - there is scope to agree a pattern that suits the right candidate and the school.

We are seeking to appoint a resourceful and flexible Caretaker to join our brilliant support team. The Caretaker will work with our Site Assistant to ensure the school is clean, safe, and an environment to enable our children to flourish in.
Duties include:
· Primary keyholder for the school and responsible for unlocking the site daily
· Routine maintenance and grounds work- e.g., painting, sweeping, minor repairs
· Working with Hampshire CC contractors to manage more significant repairs and project work
· Completing regular health and safety and statutory checks- e.g., legionella testing, fire alarm testing, health and safety checks.
