Job/Person Summary
The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an excellent, all-round classroom practitioner for our small, nurturing school.
We require a caring teacher who is committed to raising standards of attainment and achievement for all children.
The successful candidate will be:
- An excellent teacher in the early stages of their career or an experienced practitioner ready to access a range of professional development opportunities and expand on previous experiences.
- Able to inspire energy and enthusiasm in all learners.
- Able to apply flexible strategies to maximise progress for all pupils.
- Have high expectations for learning and behaviour.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
