 Lee-on-the-Solent Junior School is a school Sailing into the Future.

Are you an excellent classroom practitioner who can inspire the people around them? 

We are looking to appoint a teacher who fits with our values and ethos, with the ability to teach from Year 3 to Year 6.  This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and experienced team. We are a three-form entry junior school on the south coast who are officially judged ‘Good’ by OfSTED.

We are looking for applicants who:

  • are excellent classroom practitioners with a clear understanding of the provision necessary for successful learning and teaching
  • Have high expectations for themselves and our children
  • Are able to work as part of a team
  • Are keen to develop their own professional skills whether as an ECT or experienced teacher
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with children and adults
  • Demonstrate the school values in everything they do
