Are you passionate about shaping young minds and ready to take the next step into a rewarding teaching career? We are excited to offer a Postgraduate Teacher Apprenticeship opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our school community as a Class Teacher.
As a Class Teacher Apprentice, you will:
- Work alongside experienced educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of a mentor.
- Support the academic and personal development of pupils.
- Undertake professional training leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
The success apprentice will split their time between school and university study. You’ll receive practical, school-led training alongside experienced staff, and spend at least 20% of your time off-timetable to learn the pedagogy of teaching
In addition to working towards QTS on successful completion of the course, apprentices will also complete an end point assessment (EPA) after the summer to consolidate learning from initial teacher training.

- Hold a degree (2:2 or above) and meet the eligibility criteria for postgraduate teacher apprenticeships.
