Job Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced class teacher to join our teaching team in KS1, from September 2026. The successful candidate will need to be reflective, organised and responsive in meeting the needs of individuals, challenging all children to make strong progress.

We Are Looking For:
A qualified teacher with a proven track record of excellent classroom practice within EYFS and/or KS1
Be able to effectively lead a subject area in line with the new curriculum, ideally English and Phonics
Has an ability to use own initiative but is also a strong team player
A reflective practitioner with high expectations for all pupils
Someone who is child-centred, caring and committed to inclusive education
A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive growth mindset
A teacher who brings energy, creativity, and a love for learning into the classroom
Show commitment to our school’s Christian ethos
Have a sense of humour!
