Redwood Park Academy is looking to recruit inspiring teachers to join our amazing and supportive team.
Redwood Park Academy is an outstanding special senior school for pupils aged 11-16 years who have severe and complex learning needs, including a high percentage of pupils with autism.
These important posts require teachers who care passionately about the education and wellbeing of pupils with special educational needs and their families. We are seeking a skilled Primary and/or Secondary Teachers looking to progress in their career.
We will provide high quality coaching, support, and professional development. You will have the opportunity to be innovative, creative and have fun, whilst making a real difference to the lives of our pupils who face significant challenges in their learning and development. We value our employees and as part of our teachers’ pay structure we pay a SEN Allowance.
