Job/Person Summary
We are seeking to appoint an excellent teacher to join our passionate and enthusiastic teaching team. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers as we are keen to appoint the right person for our school.
The successful candidate will be well supported by a strong teaching and leadership team, in a thriving 2-form entry school with engaged and motivated learners. There will be a supportive induction process as the teacher becomes part of our school team. We ensure Year teams have PPA together and have regular access to subject leaders. As a school we also give considerable value to staff well-being and workload - we listen to staff and adjust our practice accordingly - come and join our happy team!
You will need to be enthusiastic, patient, well-organised and flexible. You must be able to communicate with children and adults well, show initiative and understand of the importance of safety and safeguarding.
