Classroom Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Job Introduction

Would you like to work in a school where 100% of staff recommend the school to parents as a good place for their children to learn?

As you would expect, children are at the heart of everything we do at Tanners Brook – we are so proud of every single child who learns and develops with us. We are privileged to be able to shape the lives of our children and to equip them with the values we hold dear: being thoughtful, having self-belief, persevering, and challenging ourselves to succeed. These values underpin everything we do.

Our vision of every child striving for their personal best means that we are proud to equip our children and staff with the skills, qualities and values they need to make this happen and to develop a lifelong love of learning.

We would like to appoint a dedicated classroom teacher to join the Lower Key Stage 2 team in September 2025.

• Works in partnership with colleagues, parents and children
• Has excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills,
• Has a strongly rooted inclusive approach and a commitment to meeting the needs of all groups of learners,         regardless of aptitude or barriers to learning

In return, we can offer you:
• A positive working environment focused on staff well-being, student welfare, progress
and high standards of achievement and behaviour
• Additional working together days with your year group team
• The option to take PPA from home
