We are seeking to appoint a reliable and efficient cleaner to join our Havant team, in providing a clean & safe learning environment for our pupils and staff.
The contract is for 52 weeks per year, therefore there will be a requirement for work to be undertaken during the school holidays. However, hours may be blocked together during these holiday periods for ‘deep cleaning’.
The successful candidate will be required to work 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day 14:00-18:00 Monday to Friday.

The role will require the successful candidate to clean their allocated area, within a designated time, including tasks such as: hoovering, mopping, dusting, toilet cleaning, window cleaning & general cleaning.
The Key Education Centres provide alternative provisions for pupils aged 11—16 who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools. Our provisions pride themselves on being abreast of current pedagogy and our work around attachment-focused and trauma informed practice is a fundamental part of our work in engaging pupils in learning experiences beyond those of the traditional curriculum alongside providing them with the skills needed to succeed in life beyond The Key and in modern Britain.
We are a 'Good' Education Centre (OFSTED February 2018). Our environment can be challenging, but we believe the support available and our team focused approach make this a really rewarding experience.
