Job/Person Summary
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated Creche Assistant to join a hardworking and friendly out-of-hours childcare team. We would either like to appoint one person who can do a morning and an afternoon shift or two people, one for the morning and one for the afternoon.
The ideal candidates will:
* Put the needs of the children first
* Has the patience and imagination to help and inspire children
* Have a nurturing and caring attitude
* Be able to ensure the children are well looked after and supported in the childcare club.
* Be a team player and be able to lead a team to provide the children with the best possible care
The position will be to work alongside the creche team during our wraparound care sessions, ideally during both our morning and afternoon sessions although this is negotiable for the right candidate.
In return we can offer a happy, friendly school with caring, well-behaved pupils and a committed and dedicated team of staff.
