We are looking for a teacher who:

Has recent Year 5/ 6 teaching experience and is very confident teaching in Upper Key Stage 2

Has ambition and drive to make a difference for all the children at Shamblehurst.

Sets high expectations of themselves and their pupils

Has up-to-date knowledge of the primary curriculum, and a passion to teach in KS2.

Is a reflective practitioner who aspires to achieve the very best for children by demonstrating a passion and excitement for teaching which leads to outstanding learning

An understanding of how different lesson structures can maximise progress.

Demonstrates a commitment to pupils ’development and pastoral care

The ability to weave magic!
