EYFS Teacher Maternity Cover

Job Introduction

We are seeking to appoint an excellent teacher to cover maternity leave in one of our Year R classes. This post is a temporary position until August 2025.  The position will commence 3rd February 2025. 

We require an enthusiastic, caring teacher who has a good understanding of early child development and values a play-based approach.   You will have good interpersonal skills and will be a key member of the Early Years teaching team, committed to raising standards of attainment and achievement for all children.  There are 2 classes in the year group and teachers work very closely as part of a team. Both schools share a large green site and staff work closely together to ensure a through primary ethos.

Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum?

As a Federation we work closely together to ensure a through primary ethos. Both schools were judged to be good schools in our recent Ofsted inspections (Fryern Infant School March 2024 and Fryern Junior School inspection July 2024).
