We are looking for a teacher who:
- Loves working with children and builds authentic, caring relationships
- Is able to nurture, excite and weave magic into children's lives
- Has a sound understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
- Is a passionate and skilled practitioner with a real interest in how children learn
- Can create an outstanding learning environment both indoors and outdoors
- Has high expectations for achievement and behaviour
- Plans and delivers a rich, engaging EYFS curriculum
- Relates well to parents, governors and all members of the school community
- Communicates effectively and professionally across all mediums
- Enjoys and values being part of a supportive team
- Is committed to their own professional development
