ECT or Main Scale Teacher Fixed Term (but could be extended) – Springwood Federation

Contract Type: EYFS teacher.  Initially fixed for a year but could be extended.

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Pay Range: Main Pay Scale, open to ECTs

We are proud to say that both schools in our federation have been judged as ‘Good’ from Ofsted.   We have a dedicated team who always strive to make the difference to all our children. The Junior Ofsted in July 2022 stated, “Springwood is an inclusive school, where everyone is welcome”.   The Infant School was inspected in October 2023 and stated “Staff go above and beyond to make school a successful experience for everyone” 

WE would love a teacher to join us in September 2026 with a passion for EYFS children.  As stated by Ofsted we are inclusive schools with a high number of SEND. Therefore, your creativity, reflective practice and resilience are fundamental. 

We offer many CPD opportunities, and our team work closely together to make sure we provide the children and staff the opportunity to learn and grow. Staff at Springwood are committed to working together to ensure that our children are provided with the opportunity and environment to flourish.   

There is never a dull moment at Springwood, so enthusiasm and humour are key!
