- Supports our school ethos, vision and values and fosters a warm, nurturing classroom culture.
- Employs creative, hands-on teaching strategies to build secure early foundations in communication, language, literacy and mathematics.
- Maintains high expectations of all children in their learning, holistic development and positive behaviour.
- Builds strong, collaborative relationships with families and the wider village community.
- Is reflective, open to innovation and brings enthusiasm, energy and a good sense of humour to our collaborative team.
What We Can Offer You:
- Professional Growth: Exceptional continuous professional development (CPD), networking and career opportunities across the WMAT network.
- Wellbeing & Care: Access to WMAT Wellbeing Days, Westfield Health Cash Plan and comprehensive employee support schemes.
- Outstanding Environment: A well-resourced Early Years environment, beautiful school grounds and active outdoor woodland learning areas.
- Mentorship & Support: A structured support program and coaching for experienced teachers.
- Competitive Compensation: WMAT Main Pay Range M2 to M6, dependent on experience.
This role will initially be based in Reception (Year R), with opportunities to work across other year groups in future years, depending on school needs and professional development interests.
