Job/Person Summary

We are looking for a teacher who is:
- A strong, proven practitioner, who is passionate about making learning experiences exciting, memorable and fun.
- Able to demonstrate consistently good/outstanding teaching.
- Able to communicate effectively with staff, parents and colleagues and build positive working relationships
- Committed to raising standards of teaching and assessment for learning
- Dedicated, well organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage their workload efficiently.
- A creative, enthusiastic, motivated individual with a strong understanding of early reading, including teaching of phonics.
