Parsonage Farm Nursery and Infant School is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join and add capacity to our great team from April 2025. This could be part time or full time but MUST be every day.

The role could be working in Year R, supporting a variety of children who need additional time and support to regulate their behaviour to help them safely access the EY curriculum in their/different way (it would not be working 1-1 with a child)

OR

The role could include working across all year groups from Nursery to Year 2, supporting the teaching and learning, delivering interventions and supporting the well-being of children

  • Has the confidence to support children who may exhibit more challenging behaviours
  • Is committed to ensure that every child reaches their potential
  • Has the patience and imagination to help and inspire children with all areas of learning
  • Is able to work under the direction of the class teacher but also can show initiative
  • Is conscientious and enthusiastic 

 

 

The post is initially for one term until the end of the academic year but could continue after that.
