We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Apprentice to join our team while working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
Bushy Leaze is more than a nursery. As an attachment and trauma-aware school with a dedicated SEND Hub and Family Support Team, we provide outstanding support for children, families and staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a nurturing and supportive environment.

What You'll Do
- Complete all apprenticeship training and coursework alongside your practical experience.
- Work alongside experienced practitioners to support children's learning and development.
- Build warm, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Support children's wellbeing through play-based learning experiences.
- Learn how to observe, assess and record children's progress.
- Help create an engaging stimulating learning environment.
- Develop the skills needed to become an effective Key Person.
