Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of young children? We are delighted to be offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to join our friendly, inclusive nursery, where the children are at the heart of everything we do.
Bushy Leaze Children and Families Centre is a Maintained Nursery School in Alton, working with children aged 2-5 years old. We are an attachment and trauma awareness school with a SEND Hub and Family Support Team. We have great links with outside professionals and other local schools.
We are looking for a teacher to work 3 days a week within our resourced SEND provision within our inclusive nursery environment, with children who have a diagnosis of autism, global developmental delay and profound multiple learning difficulties. You will work with our SENDCo to lead a team of dedicated practitioners and work closely with individuals and groups of children, planning and adapting the curriculum and environment to remove barriers to learning and ensure that every aspect of the curriculum can be accessed.

- You have a record of excellent classroom practice and teaching in the EYFS
- You work well as part of a knowledgeable and caring team
- You have a commitment to inclusive practice and equality
- You are confident to help develop the nursery’s curriculum to meet the needs of our children
