Job Introduction
Redwood Park Academy is an Outstanding school and is one of five schools within Solent Academies Trust. We are seeking to recruit a highly organised Band 6 Cover Teaching Assistant to join our support team from September 2025.
This role is critical to the successful learning and teaching of our pupils.
You will need to be proactive, highly organised and a strong communicator, working collaboratively with our team of teachers to ensure our pupils receive the very best! Planning, assessment and reporting will be required for the role.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
