We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to collaborate with our teachers in delivering engaging learning activities across our school. This role will encompass PPA cover, a blend of class support and targeted small group work within a designated year group. You will also have the chance to lead interventions with comprehensive HLTA training provided.

We are looking for someone who:
- Will achieve or already holds an HLTA qualification or an equivalent credential.
- Has proven experience supporting learning throughout the Primary Phase.
- Holds GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications).
- Is committed to ensuring all children achieve their full potential and enjoy their learning.
- Is adaptable, self-motivated and efficient in managing a busy timetable.
- Is enthusiastic about learning and building confidence in meeting diverse needs.
- Thrives in team environments and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Uses initiative to assess children's learning needs and provide effective feedback.
- Demonstrates strong positive behaviour management skills.

Recruitment Process:

- Lesson Observation: We will observe a lesson to assess your practical skills and approach to teaching and supporting children.
- An intervention plan for an identified pupil.
- Short Interview: A brief interview to discuss your experience, skills and suitability for the role.
