Andrews’ Endowed CE Primary School is seeking to appoint a talented, dedicated, and enthusiastic HLTA to join our friendly, supportive team to secure outstanding outcomes for our children.
Seeking a Better Work-Life Balance? > This position is highly attractive for a qualified teacher who loves being in the classroom but wants a better work-life balance! Alternatively, it is perfectly suited for an experienced, qualified HLTA. The position is for 2 days per week with the possibility of extra hours as and when required with agreement.

Key Responsibilities
Throughout your working week, your role will include:
- Teaching whole classes across the school.
- Covering the absence of teachers as required.
- Remaining flexible and deeply committed to providing the children in your care with the best learning experience possible.
About You
We are looking for an exceptional HLTA who is:
- Early Years Specialism: Have specialised Early Years training to plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning in strict accordance with the Statutory Framework for the EYFS.
- A Skilled Educator: An excellent, confident classroom practitioner with a real interest in and knowledge of how children learn across the primary years.
- An Expert Communicator: Possesses an excellent, positive, and caring communication manner.
- Driven & Creative: Enthusiastic, creative, highly motivated, and adaptable.
