We are seeking to recruit a Head of Geography. The right candidate will be an outstanding classroom teacher who is passionate about Geography and will lead by example in delivering innovative and engaging teaching and learning within the department. They will be an outstanding middle leader with a clear vision for developing a challenging and innovative curriculum that supports students to develop the skills, knowledge and attributes that will help them thrive at school and beyond
The Geography Department is made up of 3 teachers including the Head of Department. The department is well resourced and equipped with 3 teaching spaces.
All students at KS3 receive three lessons of Geography over their two-week timetable with Geography being a popular option in Key Stage 4.
