We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and committed Head of Year to join our Senior School (11-16) from September 2026.

The Successful Candidate will:

- Lead, support and inspire a team of form tutors to provide high‑quality pastoral care
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs of all students within the year group and coordinate appropriate intervention strategies
- Enhance students’ learning and personal development through purposeful assemblies and engaging tutor time
- Promote achievement and success through positive rewards, recognition and enrichment opportunities
- Encourage all pupils to strive for excellence and be the best versions of themselves
- Uphold the highest standards of behaviour, attendance and punctuality
- Raise achievement for all students through effective, high‑quality pastoral leadership
- Act as a positive role model for students and staff within the year group
