Due to the retirement of our current headteacher, the governors, staff and pupils of St. Michael's C.E. Junior School are looking to appoint a strong, nurturing leader who has the drive and passion to make a lasting impact on our school community.

• Uphold strong Christian values, nurturing the school’s relationship with our church 
• Manage change with expertise embedding best practices to ensure sustainable improvement 
• Lead by example with integrity and enthusiasm ensuring consistency and driving school improvement with rigour and determination
