Job Introduction

Ludlow Junior School, a dynamic and thriving single academy trust with approximately 600 pupils across years 3 -6 within a five-form entry setting, seeks a visionary Headteacher to guide our next stage of evolution. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about improving student outcomes and driving success within a community that values growth and achievement beyond boundaries. The school underwent a graded Ofsted inspection on 25th & 26th February 2025.
