We are seeking an inspiring and collaborative leader to become the next Headteacher of Sparsholt Church of England Primary School – a warm, nurturing village school nestled in the Hampshire countryside just outside Winchester.

About us
Sparsholt is a one-form entry primary school with 111 pupils on roll, serving the communities of Sparsholt, Crawley and Littleton. Set in a beautiful rural location, our school blends tradition with innovation. Our historic Victorian schoolhouse is complemented by modern facilities, including a refurbished library, outdoor learning spaces, and a thriving wildlife pond.
We offer a broad, creative curriculum that encourages curiosity, critical thinking and compassion. Outdoor learning, high-quality sport and the arts are integral to our offer, alongside strong academic outcomes that consistently exceed national averages.

About you
We are looking for a Headteacher who is:
- A passionate educator with a clear vision for inspiring learning and raising achievement
- A visible, approachable leader who values collaboration and shared success
- Committed to nurturing the Christian ethos of the school while welcoming families of all faiths and none
- Skilled in building strong relationships with pupils, staff, families, governors and the wider community
- Strategic and forward-thinking, with the ability to lead with both courage and compassion
