About the Role

The Headteacher will:

• Lead strategic direction, curriculum innovation, and continuous school improvement
• Champion inclusive, student-centred education and wellbeing
• Manage operations, staffing, and financial sustainability
• Foster strong relationships with families, governors, and external partners
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, SEND, and educational standards

• Has senior leadership experience in a special educational needs school
• Demonstrates deep understanding of SEND and EHCP processes
• Is emotionally intelligent, resilient, and values-led

Selection Procedure

The shortlist will be drawn up on 8th December 2025 and references will be requested. Applicants will be advised soon after the shortlisting date whether they have been successful or not. Failure to send your application form to the above email address may invalidate your application. The selection process will take place on 13th and 14th January 2026. Further details will be sent to those candidates called for interview.
