We are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive team. St Francis is a successful school with a strong reputation within its community. This is an opportunity to join a strong staff team and work in a superb environment with enthusiastic and engaging pupils. The successful candidate will predominantly be covering classes by delivering lessons planned and set by the class teacher, with some additional group and 1:1 intervention delivery to promote pupil progress. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified HLTA or an ECT who has not yet secured a post.

Working pattern
We have a need for 11.5 hours per week HLTA time, 4 hours of which must be worked 8.15-12.15 Monday morning. There is the possibility of some flexibility around the other days/times for the right candidate.
