About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to fulfil the role of a HLTA at Rucstall Primary School. In this vital role, you will be dedicated to raising standards, supporting core classroom learning, leading classes and interventions.

What You Will Do:
- Support Core Skills: Work closely with class teachers to enhance pupils' reading, writing, and mathematics skills.
- Provide Cover: Confidently cover classes with structured work provided by the class teacher.
- Deliver Interventions: Lead structured small group and 1:1 support sessions to target individual learner development.
- Foster Environment: Create an inspiring, purposeful, safe, and inclusive learning environment across the school.
