Are you a passionate educator looking to make a positive impact on young minds? We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant and supportive school community as maternity cover for our current HLTA,
You will mainly be based in our Key Stage 2 class, but will be required to cover lessons across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct support to pupils with a range of learning needs
- Assisting teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons
- Leading small group activities and interventions
- Supporting pupils' social and emotional development
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of child development and learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for education and a commitment to making a difference
