We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to become a valuable part of our teaching team. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality support in the classroom, assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons.
- Take on small group work and one-to-one support for students to enhance their learning.
- Work closely with the teaching team to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring every child is given the opportunity to succeed.
- Lead and manage classroom activities, ensuring a positive and productive environment.
