Job Introduction

The Oaks CE Learning Federation is a family of 3 small church, infant schools, St Michael & All Angels CE Infant school, Netley Marsh CE Infant School and Copythorne CE Infant school.

These schools work together under the leadership of the Interim Executive Headteacher and the Governing Body to enhance the education we offer.  This gives all the benefits of being small schools within our communities but with the added support of year teams working closely to ensure best practice and share resourcing and planning.  

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher to join our successful team at Copythorne CE Infant School

We are seeking a teacher who:

  • Has experience of teaching in Key Stage 1 
  • Understands the importance of the inclusive practice
  • Works effectively as part of a team
  • Is a strong and clear communicator
  • Understands child development and how children learn 
  • Contributes to an engaging and creative curriculum 
  • Contributes actively to the wider life of the school
  • Fosters a nurturing, inclusive classroom while maintaining high expectations for all pupils
  • Works collaboratively with all staff across the school
  • Actively shares ideas and supports colleagues
  • Has a professional attitude and a strong commitment to safeguarding
  • Is willing and able to travel across our Federation for meetings and shared PPA time
