Hamwic Education Trust is a large, fast-paced Trust with currently 36 academies across the South Coast. Linked to 6 community-based partnerships, there are 33 primary academies, 2 secondary and 1 hospital school

The school works in a supportive partnership with other local schools, as part of the Mayflower Partnership within the Hamwic Trust.

JOB/PERSON SUMMARY:
We are seeking an individual who is:
- An excellent classroom practitioner and able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Able to create a stimulating and inclusive environment for all pupils by being enthusiastic, imaginative and energetic.
- Ambitious and has a desire to play a significant role in the further development of mathematics in our school
- Inspire students to understand what excellence means for them on a personal level and support them to achieve that personal excellence in whatever form it takes.
- Be willing to undertake CPD to develop your understanding and knowledge
- Willing to support after-school learning opportunities
