We can provide a comprehensive package of support for ECT teachers. We have an outstanding professional coach who can provide comprehensive guidance and modelling. We enrol all our ECT’s into the South Farnham Education Trust ECT induction programme. We also encourage our new teachers to join the Alton school’s cluster support group.
