About the Role

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures every child’s wellbeing, confidence, and love for learning.

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring that every child in your class is engaged, challenged, and supported to reach their full potential.

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of Key Stage 1 teachers, developing collaboration and professional development.

  • An individual who has a deep understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and the unique needs of young learners.
