Would you like to work in school?  This is an ideal opportunity to gain valuable experience as an LSA.

The Federation of Trosnant Schools is looking to Learning Support Assistants, in the first instance this will be on a fixed term basis until the end of the school year (31.08.2026).  The roles will be both providing class-based support and leading learning interventions, and also providing 1:1 support for the needs of individual children.  This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an effective team and in close partnership with the class teacher and SENCo.  

Our Learning Support Assistants are led by our full time Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion), who ensures that staff have access to a programme of continuous professional development, and many of our staff go on to gain HLTA status, specialist qualifications or to pursue a career in teaching.  Our Schools are training schools for SSF SCITT.

Please note that for the right candidate, we would could offer LSA1 (at Grade B), while we support you to achieve your Maths & English level 2 functional skills.
