Job Introduction
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious teacher to lead our KS2 team from Sept 2026. We have a strong ethos of inclusion and no ceiling to learning! We truly believe that good relationships and respect are fundamental to success in a school and strive to do this by looking after the big people as well as the small! The successful candidate will be responsible for the achievement, progress and welfare of the children in Year 4-6 and will likely have a class responsibility in Year 6.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience teaching in KS2 (essential).
- Is an outstanding practitioner and has a proven track record of good outcomes.
- Can develop excellent relationships with children and adults whilst maintaining a positive behavior culture in the classroom.
- Can inspire and support other team members whilst working collaboratively.
- Is passionate about teaching and making a difference to children.
- Has experience of leading a core subject or PE.
- Has been involved in a whole school initiative that had positive outcomes (desirable).
- Has a strong desire to develop themselves professionally.
