Do you want to work with students to aspire and achieve during their 5-year journey?
Do you want a rewarding career that will make a difference to future generations?
Do you want to be part of an exciting and innovative team within SEND at Court Moor?
If you’ve answered yes to these questions, then the role of Learning Coach could be perfect for you.
Court Moor School is a successful, mixed 11–16 years comprehensive school with a high achieving, caring ethos, and supportive staff.

You will develop a positive working relationship with your allocated students, enabling you to plan the best interventions for both their academic and social progress. You could be involved in adjusting tasks and activities; daily check-ins; sharing effective classroom strategies with teaching staff; 1:1 interventions or other strategies.

• A professional supportive team environment
• Enthusiastic students who want to learn
• CPD and other training opportunities
• A contributory government pension scheme
• A caring and supportive working environment within a vibrant school community
