Learning Support Assistant 1:1 - Hollybrook Schools

Job Introduction

JOB/PERSON SUMMARY:

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and patient Learning Support Assistant to support children with additional needs across our schools. Previous experience working with children with additional needs is desirable. 

 

 

WE ARE SEEKING A PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL WHO: 

  • Enjoys working with children, between 4 and 11 years old
  • Is sympathetic to the needs of children
  • Has patience and tolerance
  • Is practical, energetic, enthusiastic and able to use initiative
  • Is able to support the class teacher in the delivery of learning activities for individuals or groups of children
  • Has an understanding of safeguarding 
  • Has a good sense of humour and can maintain a cheerful disposition
  • Is adaptable and wants the best for every child
  • Who believes in inclusion
